MP3 player with motion sensor input and delay timer |
|
| Looking at add CD-quality sound
to your kiosk or prop? Can't find a way to trigger your MP3 player?
Look no further - the AP1 MP3 player provides CD-quality audio output
and the ability to trigger an audio track using a standard sensor
such as a passive infra-red (PIR) sensor. The AP1 plays any MP3 audio
track from an SD card (SD card not included) inserted in the on-board
SD card socket. The board supports two play modes - random and
sequential. In 'random' mode, a random audio track will be selected
each time a trigger input is received. In 'sequential' mode, up to
99 audio tracks with numbered filenames will be used and each trigger
input will play the next sequential file. In either mode once an audio
track begins to play it will not accept another trigger until the
track has completed. In addition, a selectable delay timer allows
you to adjust the amount of time after an audio track finishes
before another trigger will be accepted. There is also a 'trigger
out' signal which provides a 5V signal that can be used to control
other props which will go high for as long as the audio track plays.
